Kidz Mob childers

As an owner and Co-Coordinator of Kidz Mob, I strive to nurture all the children to be happy, curious and creative. I will strive to make connections with all aspects of our community, and families. We will create a safe and inclusive environment that welcomes children and families of all cultures and backgrounds. 

My philosophy is to foster a joyful, welcoming and empowering environment for all children who enter the centre. I will strive to promote inclusive practices and ensure that equal opportunities are provided to all our children. Lastly I promise to always come to work with a smile on my face, ready to have fun and create engaging activities! 

I believe that children need to be provided time and space to play, explore and experiment freely as they experience the world around them. To be able to engage in this play and exploration they first and foremost need to feel safe, secure and respected. 

I believe all children are unique individuals and deserve to be treated and respected as such in a loving, kind and caring manner. I believe in providing a positive, welcoming environment where their opinions and interests are taken into account on a daily basis, allowing them to grow into the people they are meant to be.
